About LAVORU

LAVORU is a résumé screening support platform, built for recruiting teams that receive a high volume of candidates.

The project started from a direct observation: much of the screening time goes into organizing the material, not into evaluating it. The tool takes over the organization; the evaluation stays with the team.

LAVORU is operated by Grupo Bialenz and built with local document processing on the service's own infrastructure.
